The MGroup fielded a happy bunch of volunteer accountants who had a great time splashing around at the Rotary Club’s annual Dragon Boat Race in Abingdon on Sunday. They managed to record three victories in their four races , narrowly losing the fourth. They battled through the pain barrier and at times torrential rain. More than 2,000 spectators attended the event at Rye Farm Meadow , Abingdon. There were 16 teams in the event , and although The MGroup team just missed out on the final they were pleased with their efforts.
